Ghorepani trek is also known as Ghorepani / Poon Hill trek is one of the classic short treks of Nepal. This is the right trip for those who doesn’t t have much time for the long trek and don’t want to do harder and longer trekking During this trip we will pass through beautiful villages, rhododendron forest( national flower of Nepal), and, of course, access to panoramic views of Nepal’s most famous peaks such as – Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I (8091m.) and Annapurna South.
In the month March to May during this trip you may see different colors of rhododendron (national flower of Nepal). Once you reach the upper part of Ghorepani you may view the stunning and incomparable view of giant Annapurna. We will stay at Ghorepani, at an altitude of 2855 meters. Most trekkers hike up to Poon Hill (3210m) for early morning pleasure trek which provides you the spectacular panorama stretches of Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Machhapuchhre (6997m) and many more.

Ghorepani Poon Hilla trek is very popular for family trekkers you can with your beloved person can view the sunrise which is marvelous and is said to be one of the best viewpoints which are easily accessed from Pokhara. Starting our trek from Nayapul which is 42km drive from Pokhara and the first-day walk which leads to meaningful explore of Gurung and Magar culture and tradition which reflects our lifestyle and culture at Thikhedunga and at Sabeth villages.
We will continue our hike up passing Ulleri village that may be a bit difficult hike up to 3300 stone step however there are plenty of teashops in every thirty minutes’ walk so we can stop for rest, taking photos, and be refreshed. Overall talking about this trip is an outstanding trip which will finish in a few days but the memory will last for long.
