Jungle Safari tour to Bardiya National park is the biggest national park in the plain Terai covers a region of 968 sq.km. The recreational area located in Nepal’s Western Terai was recognized for defending the represents the ecological unit and protecting the environment of the tiger and its quarry genus. Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and Drive to Bardina

We will take a flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and drive all the way to Bardia National park vis Surkhet. After arriving at the resort, Refreshment-Food, Discover Tharu life, and culture, Visit Tahru Museum, Crocodile Breeding center, Dinner

Day 2
Jungle Safari Activities

Breakfast, Full Day Jungle walk safari to view Gangetic Dolphin (Provide Lunch) Swimming Possibilities, Back to Lodge, Dinner.

Day 3
Jungle Safari Activities

Breakfast, Exploration of Tiger Territory,-Lunch- Elephant Safari, Jeep Safari, Rafting option, Back to Lodge, Dinner

Day 4
Departure

What We Need?

Client’s are suggested to bring with them Sun Hats, Sun Glasses, Sun creams, Insect Repellents, Flash Lights, good Walking Shoes, Binoculars, and Reference Books on Bardiya’s rich natural heritage. In the rainy season (July to September) a raincoat is highly recommended.

What are the facilities?

Museum and Tharu culture are available for visitors at HQ. Telephone and mobile phones can be used in several areas of the park. If you are traveling by private vehicle make sure that you have ample amount of fuel. Be advised to carry a comprehensive first-aid kit including medicines. There is a community health post at Thakurdwara near the park headquarter. You can spend your nights at the lodges in the surrounding areas of the park. These lodges provide service to tourists.

How is climate?

The Park has three distinct seasons, winter, summer, and monsoon. From October through early April, the weather is dry. The days are warm and the nights are cool and pleasant. From April to June the temperatures gradually raise up with a peak temperature up to 45oc in May. The hot sticky days give way to the monsoon rains in July that lasts until September.
